Now that my upgrade woes are over and everything is running like a top
(and I have learned a few things to do when they are not) it is time to
move forward with the task at hand...monitoring our network. To this end
I have a few questions:

Some of the machines I want to keep an eye on are Exchange 2003 servers.
Queue lengths, messages sent / received, etc... would be nice things to
see and alert on. I understand that to do this (at least with the core
version of Zenoss) one must use a 3rd party tool such as SNMP Informant.
They have both an SNMP Application pack and WMI agent for Exchange.
Does anybody have any experience with these and which one might be the
best to use in Zenoss? Ditto for the SNMP Informant tools for SQL
server. Should I look somewhere else for this data?

I love the new Google maps display of our network. Unfortunately due to
the way it works (I think) it will not display our links at all. Our
network is set up so that we have routers connecting out to remote sites
mostly over T1's. Each of these sites has their own subnet. I think
that this is why, while the colored dots show up just fine, there are no
links between them (since, outside of the routers, the networks do not
span locations). Is there a way around this? It seems that Zenoss
would know this since there are interfaces on the routers which share a
common subnet with the remote sites. Also, the "Network Map" is able to
draw correctly, so the link between networks has been established with
Zenoss.

Thanks for your help and for being such a great resource;

James
