hi all - i'm a newbie zenoss user (2nd day playing around with it) and i've noticed that the alert email notification being sent are in HTML format. is it possible to send the notification in plain- text instead? thx.
If you go the the Message tab of the alerting rule you can put whatever you want in the notification. The default message does contain some HTML in the form of links to the event within the web interface.
