You could install a new zenoss server on the pyhisical server and after the install copy the $ZENHOME/var/Data.fs of your current zenoss to the new one. This should be eneugh.
The Data.fs file is your zope database, containing all your devices If you also want your events history then you can create a mysql dump and do an inmport. And copy also the $ZENHOME/perf folder to the new one, this contains all the perf data (graphs) Hope this helped.
