zport portal object exits; exiting.

This is on a fresh install of Zenoss on a different machine copied
the zendump.zip via smb to the new machine and went through the
migration instructions letter for letter and I can't get it to
work, I keep getting that error. Anyone have this problem or does
anyone know how I can fix it so I don't have to re-enter 150 devices?
Rename your $ZENHOME/var/Data.fs file before running the zen2load.
