i verified the logs but i didnt find any snmp related error, i created a 
command: snmpwalk -v1 -c${device/zSnmpCommunity} ${here/manageIp} 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9600
and i can see the info so that means that snmp informant is working on the 
server. but still no perf graphs.
