I continued to have this issue even after deleting my cache. I would view the dashboard once, and it would work fine. I would click on a device and come back to the dashboard, and I just got the repeating world... I had 3 locations defined with long and lat... I went in and edited those locations and took out the special characters (the degrees, feet, inches, plus, and minus characters) deleted my cache, and now all is fine. I'm not sure which one of those characters was causing the issue, but one of those characters was causing both of those exact errors...
