There's a difference between zeoctl and zopectl. Is ZEO running and
Zope not running?
If that's the case, try this:
zopectl start
Wait a minute, then do: zenoss status. If zopectl isn't running,
you've got an error of some kind. Try:
runzope
That'll run zope in the foreground, so if you get a stack trace you'll
be able to see it.
