I'm created a threshold on laload.1 (UCD-SNMP-MIB::laLoad.1 =
STRING: 5.25). The minimum is set to 0 and the max is set to 40
the threshold will page when it goes above 4. I'm not sure how to
fix this or if this is a bug. I would really appreciate help on
this, because if this does not work I will have to use the nagios
check_snmp_load plugin for nagios to monitor load and I would rather
not if we are already getting load data.
I tried setting the max load to 40 and "40" and 40.00 and "40.00".
All of these were triggered after the load went above 4 (Which is
not what I need).
SNMP reports the load as 100 times what the top or who command
displays. Set your threshold to 400 if you want it to trip when the
top command shows over 4.
