Give this a try. As the zenoss user, fire up zendmd. Then:
>>> dmd.ZenUsers.admin.geocache = ''
>>> commit()
Where 'admin' is the name of the user that has the old cache.

I think it has to do with my geocodecache or an old address it is
hanging on. I know this because I can see the errors by using
