Ok I 'might' have tracked it down to the following:
-1) I had to hard reboot the server/appliance on the ESX cluster as it was
pinned at 100% CPU and would not respond after trying to add non-existant
tcp_0080 port monitor vs. tcp_00080
-2) I believe this corrupted the zeo1-1.zec file in ~zenoss/var directory
-3) Doing a zopectl stop, rm zeo1-1.zec file, and zopectl start seems to have
fixed the Performance graphs again. However there was a gap in the graphs from
when they stopped working...but that is fine.

This also prevented me from accessing the Web Port 8080 and the above fix fixed
that also.

Hope this helps someone
