Try this..
I fixed the issue, for anyone who might have this issue, I had to go to
http://$HOSTNAME/zport/dmd/Devices/componentSearch/manage_catalogAdvanced
Once I went there I ran Update Catalog.
After that I ran zenmigrate again and this time with no errors.
