Here is the issue, I can add alerting rules and see device templates
when I am
logged in =to the internal lan.
but when I try to add an alerting rule from outside the lan or view
certain
device templates, zenoss just hangs .
Weird as I had no issues accessing or doing anything to zenoss
outside of the
lan until the upgrade.
As long as you have routing setup properly, Zenoss doesn't care at all
what your source IP is. This sounds more like an overly aggressive
firewall configuration (likely trying to do intelligent web filter and
failing) between the two networks.
