After an upgrade to 2.1.1 if I have an alerting rule that has more than one rule for "Message does not contain" in the same filter.... None of the "Message does not contain" regex rules in that filter will work.
If there is only one "Message does not contain" regex then it seems to be ok but adding anymore than that and they all get ignored. Here is the link to a similar bug fix.
