I've got a couple events that have been recurring in older versions and
was hoping there would be a way to disable them in 2.1.1 but so far
every option that I've found hasn't worked.

[servername] threshold of CPU Utilization not met: current value 0.00

>From my previous searches I interpret this first error as a problem
(bug) with the SNMP on the client server and that I either need to
change the version or disable the threshold. I don't think I was able to
find any way to disable this.

This is a Fedora Core 3 server using net-snmp-5.2.1.2-FC3.1. I am unable
to change the OS at this time but I am authorized to reinstall SNMP if
anyone can point me to a better solution I would appreciate it.

The other one is the "threshold of Utilization 75 perc exceeded:" event.

This is on a Cisco 7206 with multiple T-1 Serial interfaces that
constantly use more than 75% bandwidth.

I've disabled the threshold under "/Devices/Templates/ethernetCsmacd"
but it hasn't stopped them. I've cleared heartbeats, restarted zenoss,
anything I could think of.

Any suggestions? Would changing the max value make a difference? Like
99% or even some number it would never be able to reach?
