Yeah, after I posted and thought about it for a second I realized it was bad 
math.

Ohhh.  I thought the step value effected the equation to determine logins/min.  
Thinking about it more I realize that no matter what the step it would still 
record the total number of logins...it's just a matter of dividing it by the 
right amount to obtain logons per minute.

Again, thanks for the help - it makes a lot more sense now.
