Here is my own answer and howto:

1- Install Server administrator on the Dell machines (Open manage agent).
2- I have loaded the Dell 10892 MIB.
3- a. From now on, it's almost all about templates. My way around was to create
a sub-division under Devices/Server/Windows call Dell.
b. From there you can create templates. I created a new template called
PS_check.
c. Add a new data source which I called PS_state. Enter the good OID. Check
twice. (My first problem with using the templates was that I messed up the OID,
so it ended not working obviously!)
d. Add a new DataPoint. I called it PS_data. Keep the default settings.
e. Go back to the template root and add a new threshold. I don't use the min
value only the max, that I set to 3. I associated the event class with
/HW/Power/PowerLoss. Chose the severity Critical.

That's it!

This implies that you know which OID to use. It's basic monitoring and not
modeling. Since you have the MIB loaded, if you haven't added an event template
(intrusion for example), it will pop as a new event but will only have the
"yellow" severity and won't send an alert. But, if you wish to consider this
event critical, you only have to map the event (In the event console)to the
class which it belongs.

You can go there for the major OIDs for Dell servers :

It works for me, I don't know if it's the best solution but I'm open to any new
suggestions.

I'm now running Zenoss 2.1.1 on an Ubuntu server.
