I currently have two instances of zenoss setup. Once is sitting on a production machine located at an off site data center. The other is sitting on a qa machine in the office.
Currently both zenoss server is monitoring itself (and the zenoss processes running on it) and the corresponding server. This way if zenoss crashes on the production server, the qa server will catch it and vice versa. My question is regarding the sending of email alerts through zenoss. How can I monitor point to point email delivery from each zenoss server? Basically, I want to verify that both instances of zenoss are constantly able to send emails if there is an outage (and that our email system will deliver those emails correctly). Any help would be greatly appreciated. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=13503#13503 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
