Was that ever solved? I've had the same problem with 2.1BETA and now with 2.1.1. All interface data seems to be out by a factor of 10...
It's actually a factor of 8, but no, it hasn't been fixed yet. I just created a ticket to deal with it. The fix is to simply put "8,*" in the ifInOctets & ifOutOctets graph points in the default ethernetCsmacd template.
