That would explain my issues of getting paged. So I updated the time on the Appliance by: -1) Logged in as Zenoss user and did a zenoss stop -2) Change to the directory /usr/share/ and did a rm on zoneinfo file as user root -3) Created a symbolic link from the /usr/share/zoneinfo/EST timezone to /etc/localtime. -4) Set the ZONE entry in the file /etc/sysconfig/clock file to EST ZONE="EST" UTC=false ARC=false -5) Set the hardware clock by executing: `/sbin/hwclock --systohc` -6) As user zenoss typed zenoss start Tried also timezones GMT, & GMT-5 with the same results of time being off Thx cp -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=13632#13632 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
