Hi, I am new to Zenoss. I am going through the Zenoss admin guide. But the Zope database structure is not quite clear to me. From what I have understood:
1. zope databse is used to store the device, user and mapping information. MySql database is used to store the real-time event data. Is my understanding correct? 2. Where is the physical location of the zope database? 3. How can I extract data from the zope database? Is the output in XML format? 4. Can we add additional fields to the zope and MySQL databases? Answers to these questions will be greatly appreciated.
