~In Zenoss 2.1~
go into the the Template for your graph | go to the graph you want to have the
title on | click on the Graph custom definition and put in this command:
--title=${here/getId} (${here/getManageIp})
This will show up as a Title on the graph showing up as DeviceName (DeviceIP)
