Okay I think I figured out whats going. I did a reinstall of 2.1.0 using rpm-ivh restored my information and made sure it was running fine. Next I ran rpm -Uvh with zenoss 2.1.1. Upgraded and logged in MIBs were there and everything else but still a line across for the dashboard. I cleared the cache on my browser and the dashboard appeared, so trying clearing the cache on your browser and the dashboard should reappear. Hope this helps everybody.
