Unfortunately, I am running multiple JVMs on a single server. Each one requires a different JMX port number. So simply modifying the Template to use a global JMX port number is impossible, and in most situations impractical. I guess Zenoss does not really support JMX monitoring. Hopefully the ZenJMX zenpack will be improved in future releases. I really like Zenoss, but I am disappointed with these limitations.
