Hi i'm kinda new to zenoss, but I have alerts working with everything, but the 
option in alert rules to send clear emails is checked. However, whenever I get 
an alert I never get an email saying it has been cleared or everything is OK 
again. Should this be working? Do I need to do something special to get clear 
emails when an event is cleared? Any help would be great!
