Has anyone out there set up Zenoss to monitor their ShoreTel Voip switches? I have all my switches in zenoss and it is collecting the traps from the switches but i tested to see if an alert would go out if the T1 PRI was unplugged. I got nothing from the switch from what it appears in history.
