ZenOss sent me an alert e-mail warning a process went down.
Then i checked its status via ps -A the process was there in the
list.
I checked in History, only "Process down" entry was there,
"Process UP" was not there,
But in Process in the device. there too it was UP.
Possibility the process might went down and got up quickly after that,
ZenOss should have recorded the UP event too for that Process,
It also should have sent me an e-mail informing the UP status too,
It didn't done both of the tasks,
What operating system are you monitoring these processes on?
