Hmmm...I've downloaded the file and copied it to /usr/local/zenoss/
Products/DataCollector, where I found the original file. I restarted
the server and now when I try to start Zenoss I get errors like this:

Is there something more to it than just copying the file?
That link I sent you was a web page that outlined the required change.
It was simply changing two characters. I would recommend you make this
change by hand rather than copying any files.
