Bad WMI state seems to be a windows glitch - for me it goes away after several hours. Maybe try a reboot? Otherwise if it's a Zenoss issue (which it might well be) then I can't help.

Well, here's a clue; when I run the command I get this message:

skipping HDS-DC1 has bad wmi state

Suggestions?
