Hi I have insered the MIB of a Specific Vendor (Extreme Networks), but when i launch the discover , the device discovered will not recognized as Extreme Network Devices and the page of the device return this information. HW Manufacturer Unknown HW Model .1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.2.20 OS Manufacturer Unknown OS Version Alpine3804 Version
The Oid of the Hardware model is correctly insered in the MIB database of zenoss. I have also notice that in the Product -> Manufacturers list Extrem networks wasn't listed ... theres a method to insert the vendor using the MIB file ... I have the same problem with 3COM and Nortel ... have anyone the same problem ? How I can solve this issue....
