I've just installed v. 2.1.2 on CentOS 5. I'm very new to zenoss.
Whenever I try 'Add Device' I get an error

It does load the device but it says "No records found." under the component
type in the status section of the device.
Please please advise on how to resolve this issue... Thanks!
