Hi 1st post for me We're receiving thousands of the same trap. Zenoss is happily de-duping these out of the box - yippee! As well as not displaying the dups I assume Zenoss is not even storing them because the count(*) of the tables in the events DB is quite small. - again yippee Now I would like to drop these events entirely iff one of the varbinds matches. I.e. I want to drop 1.3.6.1.2.1.8888.0.5 from <IP> iff varbind position 2 (1.3.6.1.2.1.8888.1.1.6.1.6.16.0.8.0.136.4.123.103.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.24) = 3 I can't work out how to do this from the doco All help appreciated Cheers Ed
