hello!
hmm i haven't checked this, but from my previous post on this thread, the time 
on the top RHS of ANY screen (which reads 'server time : ...' ) is originally 
set from the server - check the html code and u'll see the time is in exactly 
the TZ and correct time of the server. Then some JS is loaded, browser checked 
if it is IE, then some number of seconds (or minisecs) substracted from it... 
and all goes down hill from there.

as mentioned several times, the time  displayed is neither in the servers TZ 
nor my local TZ. 

If you could check what I posted earlier, and tell me what u think, that'd be 
great.
