Hello, I have a lab environment with 2 VMWare machines: Win2003 SP2 PDC-AD and a Fedora C6 domain member server (using samba).
Everything is working great but Fedora service monitoring. Although I can see httpd changing from UP to DOWN and back to UP (event is created and cleared), Zenoss only shows ntpd and sshd green. It does not matter if I kill the services, they are always UP in the OS Status and no event is created. These two services were modeled without any error in the Fedora machine. I have the necessary SNMP config (http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/howtos/configuration-of-netsnmp-for-use-with-zenoss/) and IPv6 is disabled. Nothing out of the ordinary shows up in the logs.
