This command works perfectly with the correct filter to Automatically Restart
any Failed WinService.
Command: /usr/local/zenoss/bin/winexe -U '${dev/zWinUser}%${dev/zWinPassword}'
//${dev/manageIp} 'net start ${evt/component}'
Event Filter: (prodState = 1000) and (deviceClass like '/Server/Windows%') and
(eventState = 0) and (message like '%Windows Service%') and (severity = 5)
