I'm still new to Zenoss but ignore and suppressed seem to mean two different things in the Zenoss world.
To suppress and event you can map it to a class and set in its zproperties class key to be suppressed. These events will still be in the event log you just can't see them until you change your view state to see them. To ignore an event you map it to the ignore event class. I believe that this has the effect of completely dropping the event. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=15554#15554 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
