Thanks for both of your replies to my posts, both helped out. I really like this system, unfortunately it doesn't come with an agent that you install on a client computer for the communications. This is preventing me from using it with my customer base as I would need a VPN conduit to each site, and as it stands some sites have same ip block as my office, i would have to do a lot of leg work which I am not going to do.
