I know this post is old, but I'll answer your question... "cur:415.27m" is in seconds...milli-seconds
The Units setting described in the documentation is for the y-axis label. Since it's a label it's rather arbitrary and only meant to help you read the graph more clearly. So...you could call it "60ths of a Minute" or some such nonsense, but I am sure that would get old. I think some of the zenoss documentation takes for granted that we (us users) are familiar with the technology that it employes (i.e. RRDTool) so they don't always explain everything from the most basic of level. In their defense, that would be an excessively thick document if they did explain it from that level...
