Hi, I've been looking at Zenoss and the documentation as a possible tool to use for SLA monitoring, and if working out like I hope to replace cacti+nagios.
I've found it to have a slightly steep learning curve though, and like always when testing out tools they are needed last week so I hope someone can shed some light on the capabilities of Zenoss for me. A typical SLA I want to monitor is "If the response time of a web page is higher than x and requests per sec is lower than y during the last polling period on that server we're violating the SLA". I'd like to draw a graph showing the current percent of SLA breaking and have a limit showing if we're in violation of the y% limit, and also an alert going out to the poeple being able to do anything about it. Is this possible, and somewhat easy to do as it'll be a lot of servers and services being monitored.
