Fixed as follows:
Edited the template by going here:
/Devices /Server /Templates /FileSystem /Utilization
went to "Custom Graph Definition" tab
and pasted in this:
AREA:usedBlocks#00cc00:utilization
Graphs work now. Still not sure why I had to do this.
