Never mind I figured out the problem. I ran zenmib run -v10 PowerNet-MIB which
gave me this.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] APC]$ zenmib run -v10 PowerNet-MIB
INFO:zen.zenmib:Skipping file /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/irtf/IRTF-NMRG-SMING
INFO:zen.zenmib:Skipping file

INFO:zen.zenmib:Skipping file /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/irtf/IRTF-NMRG-SMING-TYPES
DEBUG:zen.zenmib:PowerNet-MIB
DEBUG:zen.zenmib:running smidump -fpython -p

"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC-1212" -p

"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC-1215" "PowerNet-MIB" 2>/dev/null
ERROR:zen.zenmib:Failed to load mib: PowerNet-MIB

I then ran this command smidump -fpython -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC1155-SMI" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC1213-MIB" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC-1212" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC1158-MIB" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC-1215" "PowerNet-MIB" which was pulled from
the smidump above.

This gave me this.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] APC]$ smidump -fpython -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC1155-SMI" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC1213-MIB" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC-1212" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC1158-MIB" -p
"/opt/zenoss/share/mibs/ietf/RFC-1215" "PowerNet-MIB"
failed to locate MIB module `PowerNet-MIB'
smidump: cannot locate module `PowerNet-MIB'

The problem was it couldn't find the file because it was looking in the ietf
folder. I copied the MIB over to the ietf folder and ran zenmib run
PowerNet-MIB, this gave me this.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ietf]$ zenmib run PowerNet-MIB
INFO:zen.zenmib:Skipping file /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/irtf/IRTF-NMRG-SMING
INFO:zen.zenmib:Skipping file

INFO:zen.zenmib:Skipping file /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/irtf/IRTF-NMRG-SMING-TYPES
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib PowerNet-MIB

It loaded the MIB with no problem's so in the future if you have problem's
loading a mib run the zenmib run -v10 debug command and then the smidump minus
the 2>dev/null. This will help in troubleshooting why itcan't load the MIB.
