So this is unclear to me - if the server times are right, the window may
still occur at a different time than indicated in the web GUI? How does
one work around this?

have any maintenance windows defined, they might be off by an hour after Sunday
morning.
If this issue has been fixed but the bugtraq not updated, or perhaps fixed by
another, unrelated ticket--I apologize for any inconvenience.
