I took a quick look at the site http://embeddeddatasystems.com/page/EDS/PROD/HA/HA7Net
And I suspect that to get it into Zenoss you might have to cheat a bit. Use a shell script that parses the result of a wget for the URL that has your data and have it echo the result. In zenoss you would use the command function and make a data point. (kinda like a cheap nagios plugin) Thats all I could really think of off the top of my head...
