I've definitely seen this before. It has to do with two different
versions of Python being involved. You like have the version with the
"PyUnicodeUCS2_AsEncodedString" instead of the UCS4 that all of these
compilations are looking for.
What is your Python situation? Do you have two different versions
installed on the system?
