Sure. After Rebooting the system MySQL service is started and working
correctly. Zenoss can successfully connect.

Code:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# service mysqld status
mysqld (pid 2139) is running...

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# mysql -uzenoss -pzenoss events
Reading table information for completion of table and column names
You can turn off this feature to get a quicker startup with -A

Welcome to the MySQL monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 58 to server version: 5.0.22

Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the buffer.

mysql>

Like you can see using the links im my last posting, performance graphs are
created for a short time period after rebooting / restarting zenoss service.

These are the last log entries from zenperfmsnmp:

Code:
2008-03-17 03:07:55 INFO zen.zenperfsnmp: Count 17 good 15 bad 0 time 0.515591
2008-03-17 03:07:55 INFO zen.zenperfsnmp: Count 17 good 16 bad 0 time 0.527992
2008-03-17 03:07:55 INFO zen.zenperfsnmp: sent 684 OID requests
2008-03-17 03:07:55 INFO zen.zenperfsnmp: collected 17 of 17 devices in 0.68
2008-03-17 03:07:55 INFO zen.zenperfsnmp: Count 17 good 17 bad 0 time 0.684945

zenhub seems not to work, because these are the last entries in the zenhub log.

Code:

2008-03-17 00:46:56 WARNING zenhub: removing listener
2008-03-17 00:46:56 WARNING zenhub: removing listener
2008-03-17 00:46:56 WARNING zenhub: removing listener
2008-03-17 00:46:56 WARNING zenhub: removing listener

The only thing I have done was upgrading my working 2.1.2 environment to 2.1.3
using rpm and installing the new rpm Core Pack for 2.1.3.

I uninstalled Core Pack, now - no change.

Event console is showing zenactions heartbeat failure but in the log file
everythings seems to be fine.

Code:

2008-03-17 03:00:23 INFO zen.ZenActions: Processed 0 commands in 0.000000
2008-03-17 03:00:23 INFO zen.ZenActions: processed 0 rules in 0.02 secs
2008-03-17 03:07:59 INFO zen.ZenActions: Processed 0 commands in 0.000000
2008-03-17 03:07:59 INFO zen.ZenActions: processed 0 rules in 0.01 secs
2008-03-17 03:15:20 INFO zen.ZenActions: Processed 0 commands in 0.000045
2008-03-17 03:15:20 INFO zen.ZenActions: processed 0 rules in 0.02 secs
2008-03-17 03:22:48 INFO zen.ZenActions: Processed 0 commands in 0.000000
2008-03-17 03:22:48 INFO zen.ZenActions: processed 0 rules in 0.00 secs

I although tried "Clear Event Cache" and " and "Clear All Heartbeats" but the
heartbeat error returns after some minutes.

If I add Zenoss Issues Portlet to my dashboard I can see that zenperfsnmp,
zenprocess, zenstatus, zeneventlog, zenwinmodeler, zencommand and zenactions
are having a problem. If I wait 5 minutes without doing anythings (waiting for
next browser refresh) only zenperfsnmp remains as Zenoss Issue inside the
portlet. It's a repeating sequence.
