Gents Thank you for your prompt replies. elmerfud I have tried to create a new template, copy etc: but Zenoss does not seem to allow me to do so. I can get the screeens to add new templates but it is greyed out and does not allow me to do anything. Do we have to be logged in as a particular user? I appear to be logged in as admin.
