Cluther Thank you for the reply and sorry for the delay. I am puzzled by that message as I do not understand what to do. I assume that you mean I go to the devices on the left hand menu and then choose Templates tab in the main window but after that I am lost. Also I do not seem to have a /Devices/Network/Switch/Cisco template. The best I have seems to be /devices/Network/Switch under the Add device option on the left menu.
