Sounds like you have an SMTP username and/or password set under Settings in
your Zenoss installation, but your SMTP server does not support
authentication. Try without the username and password (set to blank). If
that still doesn't work you will have to set up some sort of authentication
on your SMTP server (even its its IP based).
