Thanks for posting. You probably need to run a zenmigrate after the
zenrestore to go from 2.1.3 to 2.1.90. Let me know how that works for
you.
If that doesn't work, can you take a look at the log files for these
daemons and tell us if you see any errors? The are located at $ZENHOME/
log/<daemon name>.log
FYI - $ZENHOME is /home/zenoss on the vmware appliance
