I guess the question would be why are you monitoring a large network that is in a constant state of flux (you seriously add and and/or remove 50 devices daily? That seems more like a lab than a network to me, and a *very* large lab at that)? In general, if you have that number of devices that are added and removed daily, it's going to create a hell of a lot of noise. Maybe you'd be better off just monitoring devices that are static? Another way to put this is that this isn't a weakness of on Zenoss exactly - generally an NMS is meant to let you know the state of devices, and most people don't want those devices to disappear just because they're in a down state - this is a peculiarity of the network you're monitoring.
