Hi , shaharf you said that the use is not allowed to use WMI and try adding the user to the local administrators group on the machine. Is that doing on the windows machine , and how should I fill in the zWinPassword and zWinUser in my device's zProperties. By the way , the errors change to : Code: ERROR_NET_WRITE_FAULT: A write fault occurred on the network.
